Bonnie Jean Leibel
I’m a bilingual art director based in Montréal with over 12 years of experience in brand design, strategy and multi-platform campaigns. I currently lead creative direction at Think Shift, where I partner with designers, copywriters, animators and video teams to take integrated campaigns from the first brainstorm to final delivery.
Before that, I spent three years as art director at Orfé Branding Studio, building logos, visual identities and websites from first sketch to final mockup, creating print, digital and animated ad campaigns, and mentoring a junior designer. Across these roles I’ve worked on national-scale projects for a wide range of clients, and I’ve learned that strong design always starts with the strategy behind it. I’m at my best presenting ideas to clients, running creative reviews, and improving the systems behind the work, from file storage to how teams communicate, so the creative can shine.
